Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Kaza platform (kaza.ae). Kaza is currently in beta. Founding academies join under the Founding Academy Program.

1. Service

Kaza is software for sports academies: CRM, fees, VAT invoices, coach attendance and WPS SIF file payroll in one system. You remain responsible for FTA VAT filings, MOHRE WPS submissions to your bank, and the accuracy of data you enter.

2. Beta and founding pilots

During beta the service is provided as-is. Features may change. Founding academies on a free pilot are not charged during the agreed pilot. Commercial pricing after the pilot is agreed in writing — we do not publish a public price list during beta.

3. Accounts

You must keep login credentials secure and make sure staff only see what they need. You must have authority to put academy, parent, player and payroll data into Kaza, including children's data and WPS salary information.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Kaza for anything unlawful, to access another tenant's data, or to reverse-engineer the service. Do not upload data you are not allowed to hold.

5. Payment

After a pilot or trial, fees (if any) are billed as agreed for your academy. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, paid periods are non-refundable.

6. Termination

Either party may end the service. You can export your records while the account is active. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or if the account puts the platform at risk.

7. Intellectual property

Kaza owns the software. You own the academy data you put in it.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, Kaza is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or payroll and tax filings you submit to banks or the FTA. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, or AED 1,000 if you paid nothing during a free pilot.
